A chance to serve in village government

Each Spring, the Mount Horeb Village Board reappoints committee and commission members. If you’re interested in serving your community, please complete and return the Citizen Committee Member Interest Form for consideration. Appointed committee members generally serve for a term of one to three years.  Please feel free to submit questions to Village President, Ryan Czyzewski. Completed forms should be submitted via email to citizennominations@mounthorebwi.info, or dropped off at the Village Office, 138 E. Main Street.  Please submit forms by March 15.
